I had the most OUTSTANDING appointment. I was greeted with superb customer service, followed by a warm and friendly,  not to mention knowledgeable dr. Casey. He spent lots of time and made sure all of my questions and concerns were addressed. Throughout the entire visit, he made sure what ever the course of treatment, he detailed precisely the cost so as not to be shocked when I paid. I recommend this incredibly AMAZING veterinarian clinic to anybody out there who are hesitant. You WON'T BE DISAPPOINTED! !!

It's a pleasant and clean environment. All staff and vets are professional and caring. I have never waited more than 5 minutes to see the vet. There is usually only one other dog or no dogs waiting at the same time. I highly recommend this clinic.

Clinic is very clean and the price is reasonable but the staffs there are very rude and disrespectful. Especially, front desk lady name Andrea. She is the most unprofessional and disrespectful person I’ve ever seen in the industry.

They helped our family sort out all of  our dogs' allergy problems and got him the best medications based on his accurate blood testing. They also continue to help and encourage us to keep his weight under control so he lives a long, healthy, and happy life. All of the staff members are welcoming, approachable, and truly have our dogs best interest at heart. We couldn't have asked for a better team watching over our dogs health, we highly recommend their services.

Very positive experiences. Drs. Casey and Karen Kime have a lovely, holistic approach, and are great with my two pups, one of whom is difficult with strangers.  Dr. Karen has great surgical skills--we met her initially when one needed some pretty major emergency facial reconstructive surgery after a trauma, and she healed up beautifully! Overall I think my dogs get great care here, and I am happy I found this clinic.
