Incredibly rude! Particularly Letty and the other receptionist at the front desk. It was our first time here and the visit started off well until I began to ask detailed questions. They will not let you in back with your pet because "there are other patients receiving critical treatment". Then, one of the receptionist continually asked me if I was going to have my pet induced. Her tone and actions came across as desperate and don't get me wrong I understood the importance of that treatment but again this was my initial visit and I had questions that weren't being answered. I then spoke with a tech manager and she was over all wonderful and very knowledgeable. When our visit was over I accidentally called their office instead of calling the APCC line and Letty asked if I was going to bring my dog back into their office. When I said no Letty immediately hung up on me. Excuse me, but perhaps customer service should be taken a little more seriously.

We had a real positive experience with this veterinarian. Our dog needed surgery on her lungs and didn’t have much longer to live. Dr. Israel performed the surgery and our dog is back to her old self. They were up front with the cost and even kept the actual price to the lower side of the estimate. Everyone was very friendly and easy to work with. Thank you!

While in the examination room, I could hear my cat crying in the back. I opened the door and spotted someone and asked them to check on her. The vet gave me an estimate for diagnostic tests of $3,600, which didn't include surgery if it was needed. My cat was put on antibiotics, we had a follow up appt, but I called twice to speak to vet bebore that appt. In regards to antibiotics. She never got back to me. Vet couldn't tell me why my cat had chronic congestion and sneezing and needed $3,600 in tests. After all the antibiotics given there and at the next vet, she developed kidney disease. Now 7 months later, she's in kidney failure and she's only 14. I don't recommend them, went there after local vet referred my cat. Broke my heart when I heard my fragile little cat crying in the back. Trying to fix a medical issue, they gave my cat a death sentence.

Wonderful staff full of well trained technicians/veterinarians who treat your pets exceptionally well. A little on the high side for prices, but expect that from this area of town. BEWARE of the sales representative they have there. The doctor will quote you over the phone, then he/she leaves and a sales lady comes out to give you the estimates. From the couple times I visited, they overquoted me from the phone to being there in person. I have a backround in sales, and this was out of the book pressure sales. I absolutely did not appreciate it, and after ten minutes of going back and forth(while she continuously tried to keep talking over me) I got the estimate down from 1600 to right under 800. Only the necessary things for my dying cat. You don't run all sorts of tests on a cat who's clearly not well enough to even take a blood sample without IV fluid. Get past the BS sales, and have the doctor breakdown each fee for you. Do that and it's a wonderful place to take your pet.
