I love this place! Everyone from the receptionists to the techs to the veterinarian, take the time to build a relationship with both the animals they care for and the owners. It is obvious that they care about the animals more than they care about profit. The prices are extremely reasonable and they have different plans to help with costs of care.

We brought  a young stray kitten in for an exam, chip, vacinations and spay.  Everyone was very friendly and compassionate and the price was reasonable.

I came to River City Veterinary Care with my sick, nearly-16-year-old cat. My regular vet couldn't see her for several days, and they were recommended to me by another vet as well as a friend. They were kind, compassionate and walked me in detail through her exam/test findings as well as cost of treatment - and always made time to see her. Dr. Provost was her primary vet, but Dr. Neelesh saw her as well. In the end, after two weeks of visits, I unfortunately had to put her down, as her condition was too far advanced. I couldn't have asked for better treatment - both for my cat and for myself as we went through this difficult process. They are most definitely sensitive to the human side of their veterinary practice. Holly, one of the primary vet tech's, even called to make sure I got home OK after I had to say final goodbyes to my kitty. All of the staff were stellar, and River City is now our permanent place for vet care. I've had very good vets in the past, but the care we got from River City is the best I've ever experienced.

Love going there, my babies are happy every time we visit.  The staff are very friendly to both me and my furry babies. Dr. Neelesh is just great, very thorough and patient, he discusses different treatment options  for my pets, he really cares.

Such great staff from the front desk to the techs to the doctors.

Fair prices, great care for my menagerie: absolutely the best small clinic I have ever taken my dogs to.
