I was initially put off a little by the bad reviews, so I nearly didn't go. I'm SO glad I did. Dr Williams is a wonderful person. My granddog LOVED her. He even left me to go and stand by her side for more petting. He's been diagnosed with cancer by another vet, and my daughter and I are desperate to try and help him, and make his last days more comfortable. Dr Williams spent an hour with us, looking up recipes to help him, and she even gave him a neck massage with essential oils. I think he probably thought he was already in heaven.The rest of the staff were lovely to him as well. If you're going to complain about a wait, then the sort of vet where you're in and out in 10 minutes is probably the place for you.But if you want a vet who genuinely cares about your animals and spends time with them and you, then I recommend here. Oh, and the pricing was totally reasonable.

Dr. Williams and her staff are fantastic. How many times do you fear going to the vet because they treat you like the service department at some car dealerships--where you go into it wondering just how bad you're going to be gouged and up-sold? Never here. You leave with a good sense of, "My pet will be better now, and I've paid professionals what they deserved for their time." This is how more businesses need to be run.

I never thought of taking my dog to acupuncture😂 my neighbor was taking hers😂 i thought that was funny but who am i to judge🤔 My Wiener dog daily one day got up and had a hard time walking her neck was down she walked stiffly and cried😔 I have heard bad stories at some vets where they want to do surgery, xrays etc...on them right away I don't want that done ...I surely didnt want her to take pills forever, That sure can't be good🤔 so here I am Thinking...maybe i should try to take Daily to acupuncture.... Well lol..😁 I made an appointment And I have to say by the 1st visit she was in a lot less pain or if any ?? and feeling a lot better walking getting around by the 2nd time I took her she was doing very well running around going upstairs and back to normal 😊By the 3rd time she was all gitty running around like a Spring chicken being her bossy self, Sitting up like a prairie dog ...I think she is better than what she was before she was hurting, she is about 13 years old and Doing very well I am amazed!! 😄For anyone out there whom is not sure if it works I am a believer Daily is not on any medicine and doesn't need any surgery😄 Doctor Williams 🤗is an awesome lady, Very knowledgeable and caring and loves her animals 💖 The staff very caring and welcoming 🤗I definitely would suggest her👍 Nothing but 5 stars plus💖💖

Dr. Williams and her staff are caring and my chihuahua LOVES them. This is important, because, my feisty little Chihuahua does not let just anyone pet or hold her and she will bark and try to bite when handled. As I was warning the vet technicians that she might bite they picked her up and she was totally fine with it! The staff and Dr. Williams all carried and loved on her and she acted as if she has known them forever! I was shocked! This was the first sign to me that she trusted them so I knew we were in the right place. I am so happy we went there, because, Dr. Williams has helped get our little baby back to health when she was very ill from taking a popular flea preventive given to her at a different vet. After she was all better, Dr.Williams performed the dental cleaning on her, which I was always scared to do since she is so tiny. It was successful and this has also helped our chihuahuas health, because, she had so many bad teeth that needed to go. We love this place and I highly recommend them. Also, the prices are affordable. Thank you Dr. Williams and staff. ;)
