BluePearl is my first choice when taking my dogs in for emergencies. Just recently 1-1-2018 at 3am my dog got a cut along his side thankfully BluePearl was open, 36 Staples we were in and out of there within a hour. Today 1-4-2018 my other dog wasn't doing so well Josie was taking care of us and made sure my dog was vary comfortable and answered all questions I had. All the staff are polite, making me want to come back if anything happens again. Thanks BluePearl for being there!

Do not bring your pet here!! They will give you false answers and hope , excuses for there neglect, and lack of communication amongst staff will frustrate you and put your pet in potential danger. They also did not send out lab work that I wanted for tested, and all they said was oops I heard you wrong. ALL THEY GIVE IS FALSE HOPE AND EXCUSES!!!!!! They took my money and gave me false hope about my kittens future. Yes my kitten! He was only 11 months and he is now in kitty heaven. If you value yourself and love your pet, go somewhere else.

I don't understand what this Pet Hospital only got 2.5 stars because we took our cat in for a emergency check up yesterday and today and the service was wonderful and the staffs are very nice. Josie the Vet technician was awesome!! She took very good care of our cat during the visit and showed us what we need to know about our cat. She is a very sweet person!! Also Dr. Delgado was awesome. He took his time to talk to us and answered all of our questions about our cat's illness and after care. We are very pleased with him. Thank You to all of the staff working there and Dr. Delgado as well.

When I read the negative reviews for BluePearl I honestly believe that we're talking about two different places. My 4yr old Golden Retriever(Gracie) had a tumor in her mouth which was diagnosed as non-malignant, per the the Oncologist, Dr. Erik Bulakowski, who by the way is really awesome! He was accurate with everything that he told me. He said if we do not remove the tumor, it would become malignant. And, if we removed just the tumor and not the surrounding areas, so as to get clean margins by removing all of the bad cells in that area, those bad cells would make another tumor if the entire section(the front corner of her upper jaw) was not removed. He said her prognosis was great and that she'd probably never skip a beat if I were to agree to the surgery. Dr. Noah Bander was the surgeon, and what an Amazing man/Veterinarian he is! This guy is a veterinarian because of his love for animals, truly. I'm convinced he'll never work a day in his life because he genuinely loves his job. There are some Dr.'s who are really good, but don't have any bedside manner about them, and there are some Dr.'s that are really nice, but just aren't that good, and then there is the Rare Breed that are gifted from G♡D with both, and that is Dr. Bander! Aside from this man listening to me with the utmost sincerity, the surgery that he performed on my Girl, was nothing less than MASTERFUL! I just can't say enough good things about him, and his staff! Although, Gracie only has half of her front teeth and one canine tooth on her right side now, all of the other front teeth on her left side along with her large canine tooth are gone. It was the right decision indeed. She is doing Amazingly well..Chews one rawhide bone Everyday:) You would never even know she had that radical of a surgery done to her. Everything turned out exactly as they predicted it would, everything except one thing, the price! They told me the cost would be 5000$, which I was required to pay the first half upfront before the surgery(2500$), after the surgery, I went to the counter to pay the other half of the bill(2500$) and they told me the remaining balance was $2200, so a grand total of 4700$ and NOT 5000$! Wow.. Less?! Yes, 300$ less!! I could never have been more pleased from beginning to end with this entire experience. So much love to this place, with the highest recommendation!! Thank you, BluePearl! Thank you so much, staff! Thank you so much, Dr. Erik Bulakowski (Oncologist)! Thank you so so much Dr. Noah Bander!! (Surgeon) Grace and Peace to all of you. Catheren & Gracie🐾 P.S. Just another praise for the staff at BluePearl. The entire staff was outstanding, going out of they're way to make sure that I understood everything, and believe me, I ask a bazillion questions. I called a few times after the surgery, because I never had a dog that had to have their upper jaw removed, so I wanted to make sure that these different situations that I was seeing were normal. I felt so bad for my girl that I just didn't want to make one mistake, and every time I called, the team was eager to not only help, but assured me that everything that I was explaining was normal. Now, please understand, I did not call for every little hiccup, but when there was a legitimate concern, for example: Gracie eats dry dog food twice a day and drinks two large bowls of water each day as well, she was drinking very little water, hardly at all really, and I was so concerned. When I called to inquire about this, the staff assured me this was normal because she was on soft food now, and canned food is made up of a very high percentage of water, hence, there was no need for her to drink as much. Also, I want to add too, that the staff was more than nice, they were professional and personal, a rare combination to behold. They knew how I felt about my dog, and they wanted me to know that they would treat her genuinely good..and I could tell they did..because Gracie really like them! She(Gracie) like to perform all of her tricks for them, even at her check-up after the surgery!! - lol.

Only go here if last resort. Overcharge and they try to charge more. Dog got procedure for $1000 after one hour stitches ripped ..brought him back said it would be another $1000.
