It's laid back the people are nice (clothing optional) but people are not starring at you. I was dressed in underwear and some are naked some are not. I went with my partner of 13 years and I thought I would hate it. Some live there and if they are on the porch drinking they will invite you up. I liked it because I left my phone in the cabin for the 3 days which I would check it when I went to the room. HONESTLY IT'S JUST GREAT TO SIT AROUND A GREAT GROUP OF GUYS AND NO ONE IS LOOKING AT A CLOCK. I personally made a few friends there that I will stay in contact with. It was nice to drink and drink or and drink and walk to your cabin and not having to drive. Bring whatever you need food, drinks etc and once you are there then you don't have to go back down the mountain. We are going up there for 5 days for Hollowween. It's very peaceful and relaxing and not dealing with time. Actually when we rented the cabin the last time we never locked our door's. Try it out!

Being this was out first time , I have to say this was a truly awesome experience. We were greated promptly, shown where everything was, and left alone. We immediately went to the pool and were greated by every person there. We enjoyed our cabin and the great views it had to offer. Many activities to keep you busy, but not necessary. No pressure to do anything other than sit and enjoy a place like no other. As a matter of fact, we already plan to spend Halloween and New Years here. Lots of amenties, activities, and social events to keep you occupied for a long relaxing getaway. Like they say," you gonna love this place."
