I was starting to think that long gone are the days of customer service. Upon walking into Bluffton Bicycle Shop, I was greeted with a friendly and knowledgeable staff. I had just returned a bike to the giant place that sells inferior bicycles, and I called them and told them what I was looking for. I was shocked to find that when I came in to the store he had already gotten the bicycle down and had adjusted the seat to my height ( I told him my height on the phone) I will never shop anywhere else!! This is where you want to go I'm telling you. I stay busy and I still wanted to take the time to write this review, that's how impressed I am.

Very knowledgeable staff and great selection of bikes and equipment. They tuned up my bike recently as well and it rides better than when it was new. I highly recommend this shop!

Tom and his staff are just great to work with, they really spend as much time as you would need to go over all the work they do.They are just the best bicycle shop in the low country.

Brought my kids bikes in for a tune up and tire repair. Very courteous, professional and friendly for what I'm sure is a small job. Highly recommend.
