BEWARE Wreckless driver Illegally crossed SOLD WHITE LINES coming out of Wheeling Tunnel while I was merging from on ramp to Fort Henry Bridge forcing me to stop and then blew horn like I did something wrong.   CLEARLY MARKED LANES WITH SOLDID WHITE LINES>>you DO NOT cross until the lanes are>>Broken White Line: you then may change lanes if it is safe to do so. Solid White Line: requires you to stay within the lane. Make it like I did something wrong . Who are these People?  They are permitted to drive others around. Are you kidding. NO RESPECT AT ALL FOR OTHER DRIVERS WHO OBEY THE LAWS AND THE LINES. Get them off the road before it is too late.

NEVER use this service and if you do do not leave anything in the car because you will never get it back. The woman who answers the phone here is very rude; She is right and thats the bottom line.  Im worried for people's safety with this company BeWARE STAY AWAY!!!

Rude dispatchers and drivers. I called 9am they said it would be 5-10 minutes. 45 minutes later still no show. I called back to ask them how much longer and they tried to persuade me that the driver was already there when no one showed. Called back the same day at 11am, dispatcher said 5 minutes for a driver. I waited outside for 55 minutes and nothing. Not to mention a driver went past multiple times so I waved thinking they were looking for me. I called dispatcher to inform them I was outside for 55 minutes and the response was "The driver is coming from Martins Ferry" umm???? Since when does it take 55 minutes on a Monday morning to go from Martins Ferry to Wheeling. Never ever again!!

This company is under new ownership.  They inherited the "not so good" reputation of the previous operator, and in this industry that is not an easy hill to climb.   The owner is running legally and insured the way DOT and FMCSA requires us to do.    I have sent customers to BMG when we have been booked solid and unable to spare any drivers and vehicles.  My clientele is different than local taxi business, but there is a need for it.  Give them a call, be respectful and give the new company a chance.  They are repairing the reputation that they inherited.

Have your drivers slow down.  We have chidren and a Focus was flying down trhe alley in the Sout Broadway Area!!
