Welcome to Supercab, Bowling Green, Ohio's premier taxi service. Founded in 2002, Supercab has been serving the citizens of Bowling Green, Ohio and the students of Bowling Green State University for over 11 years. We offer convenient and friendly taxicab service 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. Passengers are treated with door to door service, in clean and well-maintained vehicles, for a mere $4 per person. We also offer cab service to Perrysburg, Findlay, Toledo, and a shuttle to the Detroit Airport. We accommodate all your Bowling Green ground transportation needs, whether you require shuttle vans for a large group, door-to-door service for a small group, a wedding party private shuttle, or a group party bus for a Fraternity or Sorority function. Our vans can seat up to 12 passengers, and we also have smaller vehicles for airport/bus station/train station transport. Apparently not enough drivers or not enough scheduled to drive.
The drivers I've had are pleasant and do a nice job. Pickup times need to improve. I was hoping it would get better when their competitor was stripped of his business license.

I have had extremely good experiences with super cab so far. They have even returned my left behind cellphone in the past. Tonight however, I had an experience I hope I never have to repeat. I called for a pickup from my job at 1030pm here in Bowling Green. I missed there first call because I was still on the clock and helping customers. I called them back after I clocked out. I told the driver it would take about 4 minuts for me to come outside. I was purchasing one item and there was a medium sized line for the checkout. I ended up taking 5 minutes to get outside. I go outside and there was no super cab insight. I was not contacted by my driver to say he had to leave for some reason (possibly another pickup) 10 minutes goes by and he still has not arrived. I started walking home and called him to tell him that I was just going to walk and that I am cancelling my now late taxi. He said he was “almost there” but I was not going to wait any longer to get home after a busy shift. I know I was late coming outside for my taxi even though  I did state that I would be late coming outside. If you have other schedule pickups in that same time frame and my lateness coming outside was going to interfere with those other pickups? Tell me it is going to take longer to come back and get me and not say 3 minutes. That was unprofessional and it has left a bad taste in my mouth. This will make me less likely to use this taxi service in the future.

My BGSU student has used this company many times this past year for pick up at Toledo Amtrak.  The train only arrives at 6 am (unless train is late).  Company advertises "24 hour service", was told today that no driver on Monday until 9 am.  Please quit your false advertising.  We will be dealing with other driver services from now on.  Poor business model.

The most pitiful service ever. They don’t answer the phone. Their drivers are rude. You really get a $4 ride

Not only have the drivers been late on many occasions, but one of the dispatchers is so rude AND the drivers LOVE talking back and being unprofessional.
