Driver texted me night before to confirm my early morning pickup to go to the airport. He arrived a little early and got me to the airport with no incident. Good, efficient, and friendly service. And they take credit cards.

Was extremely disappointed with this company I called to order a cab and was quoted a price for a round trip ride the dispatcher quoted me a flat rate for the ride at around five in the morning he said it would be ok because of the amount of traffic at that time I even told him that I wanted to make sure I had enough cash to pay for the ride he said no problem an hour later still no cab I called them back and was told that the cab had been canceled. So I had to reorder one. The driver finally shows up and gives me an entirely different amount because of the amount of traffic thankfully I had just enough money to pay for it but the driver actually told me that the dispatcher had not agreed to that price I had no choice but to pay the man so I did. Thankfully I did not have to be there by a certain tiime. This was way too much of a hassle considering it cost me $50 for the fair I will never use this company again.

Uber charge $32 from Lewis Center address to Olentangy River Rd! Call to inquire on rates advise $75+. The guy didn’t ask for exact address or both locations only focus the county!!!

One star is too generous for the scheming shysters running this company! I was far from Columbus and needed a ride back home. Not only did the ride arrive an hour late but the driver demanded I pay the exorbitant fare upfront. What's more, the driver charged exta because I had told them the "incorrect destination." The driver fully exploited me given my vulnerable situation. I felt very unsafe with the driver and was not sure if I'd reach my destination. Companies like Express Cab are why customers prefer Lyft/Uber. I would not recommend that you take a ride with these guys.
