Very reliable and doesn't delay anytime I need them. Anytime I'm in Cincinnati, I make use of them. Their service is very commendable, I've had terrible experience with other taxis in the past, so far so good this is still the best taxi in Cincinnati

Was very quick courteous,  I was rushing after the concert to get to my hotel & back to the bus station for a 2:25am departure he made it happen it was horrible traffic made it in just about 30 mins aarrives by 2:07 am Happy & saatisfies otherwise I would've missed my bus home Thank you
But we need to remeber every cab driver is different & just because one wasn't professional doesn't make them all unprofessional & bice versa some people dont care about the overall effect it has has on others when they act out especially in a labeled we muat strive to always shiw great customer service going above & beyond that it may help the entire compamy as a whole & in turn themselves to grow & succeed
