*What happened to BMW of Columbus?* Honey, my first buying experience at this dealership years ago was simply outstanding! Today was a bit disappointing... I arrived to trade for my second BMW from this dealership. Well... let's start by never greeted in a showroom full of employees... Such behavior demonstrates a cold "call center" atmosphere... Honey, I didn't stop by for the free air conditioning and a bottled water (which was not offered) ... To be honest, Ms. Jackie and the receptionist were the only friendly representatives. Ms. Jackie answered each question, beautifully; we also systematically reviewed every car I was interested in exploring for my second purchase. Thank you for your exceptional customer service, Ma'am! Above and beyond! * 5 ☄ = Ms. Jackie!! * * Unfortunately, the lack of a warm welcome and hospitality decreased the overall rating ☹*

This place rules. If you want to have a great buying experience come to BMW of Columbus!! I got my 340i from here and it was amazing. I accidentally test rode and then had to buy. Financing was a breeze. The finance manager, sales manager and general manager are all great people that worked to get us the best deal. The store is beautiful and clean. This is the place to go for a great experience!

The purchase of this vehicle has been a nightmare. When I bought this car, I was assured that this was a good car. Since I didn't know much about cars and since it was a BMW, I trusted the salesman and the manager. We purchased this used car in December of 2015. In less than one year after the purchase and having put less than 4,000 miles on the car, we had to replace the motor. I must add that we didn't/don't drive it often because we had three other cars. This one was supposed to be a Christmas gift from my husband. Now we are having problems with the power steering. Before the motor and power steering problems, it was leaking around the rear window because there was no rubber seal around the window. When the motor went out, the dealership that replacec it said that they had patched it up using thick oil just to make a sale. This car sits idle in the garage everyday, we can't drive it until the power steering is repaired. Plus, we still have to pay for it for thirty more months.I didn't want to rate this company with any stars at all but you can't post a review without giving at least one star. Stay away from BMW of Columbus. I have purchased cars from several other dealerships including Acura and Mercedes and I NEVER had any problems. I have always driven luxury vehicles and this is the worst one ever. They give BMW the worst name possible. They sold me a lemon. I have actually cried about this many times. By the way, I was forced to purchase another vehicle because this one was super "raggedy". I have a 2015 Mercedes, my second Mercedes purchase and I LOVE it. I know I will NEVER, EVER buy anything from BMW of Columbus.

The routine service (oil change) was very slow. I had a 9:15 a.m. appointment and waited until 11:30 a.m. before it was completed. I appreciate them being thorough in the service but I feel this could have been completed in a much more timely manner.

They have a nice inventory of New BMW's. The Sales associate and finance manager worked with me quickly and friendly like. 5 star rating for sales service and communication skills.
