My husband and my experience at BMW at San Rafael has been exceptional. We had the pleasure of working with Luis who was very helpful, friendly and went well beyond just good customer service. I am feeling like the luckiest guy on Earth thanks a lot to Mr. Luis Chinchilla from BMW San Rafael. Luis helped me get my second bimmer and all I know I am the happiest men on Earth. Thank you so much Luis once again to make my dream comes thru, you are the BEST!!!!

Luis provided the BEST EXPERIENCE I have ever had at a car dealership! We lucked out by him answering the phone when I called to inquire about a car. He was incredibly efficient, and provided above and beyond customer service. He got us in and out of the dealership in an hour and a half which is unheard of. I will never go anywhere else. Thank you so much Luis!!

The brakes on my 2013 328 were making an odd noise. The problem was diagnosed (worn pads) and fixed within a few hours. On my bill I saw that they had also done a vehicle inspection and topped off all fluids. Plus they washed my car! What an unexpected and wonderful treat!

This has been our second purchase at BMW of San Rafael. We worked with Kevin Moran this time and he was very professional, patient, knowledgeable, and worked efficiently to locate and have our model picked out in a matter of 2 days. I would highly recommend this dealership and contacting Kevin in sales to anyone in the market for a BMW.
