People there were really friendly until I decided to buy the car. The person who helped me with paperwork has terrible attitude. The sales manager told me she will deliver the car the next day and do more checks, which she didn't. I got the car 2 days after my purchase (I still haven't figured out why) and they refused to update the paperwork accordingly, which means my 3 day try-it-out period was reduced to 1 day because she delivered it late. She told me she kept it because she needs to do more "service". When I finally got the car and brought it to my mechanics, it still need 400 USD of minor service including changing air filter and transmission oil. So I really have no idea what do they mean by "service". It is a upset experience for me and I am seriously thinking of returning the vehicle.

be sure to take a ASE Mechanic to inspect before purchasing, also a Diagnostic reader will help! check all every inch before you sign!

The staff was incredibly friendly and super knowledgeable. My girlfriend got a car and the entire process start to finish was seamless. Will definitely be coming here for my next car, they were super open to test driving and we're not trying to haggle or oversell in any way. Ask for John!

Wonderful purchase - almost new Honda car (60,000 miles) in good condition with two years warranty, thank you, Roman Feygelman, sales manager. We will be back to upgrade, thank you. SINCERELY, DIULINS, SAUSALITO.
