Ferrari of San Francisco has a prestigious lineage in the San Francisco Bay Area. Once located on Van Ness Avenue in San Francisco’s bustling commercial district, Ferrari of San Francisco was purchased by Ferrari North America in 1993. In 1994 Ferrari North America moved the dealership to Mill Valley, erecting a showroom and service center on a prime tract once occupied by a Humble Oil service station.

I had the most fantastic care buying experience ever. These people are true professionals and I was treated like a king from the moment I set foot in the showroom (even though I was purchasing a much older, far-less expensive model). Everything was handled incredibly smoothly, from delivery logistics, negotiation of price, maintenance information etc. MIRSONIA IS AWESOME and I'll be buying my next Ferrari from her very soon. I'm writing this review again because my original review was removed somehow! It is the exact same one star review I gave them on Yelp - and I'm a Yelp Elite! I purchased my Ferrari F430 from Ferrari of San Francisco a couple of years ago and I had an ok experience with them. On 7/15/17 I contacted Ferrari of San Francisco about a 1995 F355 that they have listed for sale. I ended up speaking and later via email with a gentleman by the name of Safa Edward Bodagh. Since this would not be my first Ferrari and purchase I had a set of questions that I emailed him. He told me he was going to look into finding the answers to my questions about the car and its service history and get back to me. He said another thing to me that did not sit well with me. He said he would rather sell $300K plus cars and made me feel like he was doing me a favor for doing his job! He emailed me back with some information about the car that raised more questions for me and needed more substantiation. I emailed him back and asked him to make sure history he's giving me about the car has documentation and I again gave him the list of questions I had originally given him but he had not provided answers to. Well. That email was sent and received by Mr. Safa almost 3 weeks ago. He has not yet to gotten back to me! I guess he's busy selling $300K cars to be bothered by a returning customer. I'm taking my money and business elsewhere. Not a problem.

Just the fact that ferraris (and Maseratis, McLarens & Lamborghinis) lurk here would warrant 5 stars. But Tom & team do a very professional job buying & selling them and the showroom & test drive surroundings are spectacular.

Treated with respect and courtesy. Told salesperson we were just curious and could only afford the key chain but she still took us on a guided tour and recommended other sites to visit.
