Embarrassingly bad service. Waited over an hour for food. Food was pretty good but not worth the confusion and chaos of the service. I'm adding one star for the setting. It's a great place to sit outside and have a beer.

This place doesn't have the speediest service but that's not what you go for. You go to relax in a beautiful setting, take your time and have yummy food. Those wanting to eat and run will be disappointed. Come to sip drinks leisurely in a nice environment while waiting for your food. I love spending afternoons here with a friend or to catch up on a good book. The food is yummy, affordable and the service is friendly. You will wait a bit for food. This mom and pop spot is new and learning. The staff is so sweet. It's a wonderful addition to the park.

Beautiful atmosphere,  it took a little bit long to get our order but the wait staff was very hospitable and friendly.  Nice music in the background and a serene scenery of the little river.  This will be my new favorite hang out.  The food was great too.

Came to Humboldt Park to hear the Chicago Philharmonic Orchestra. It was my friends birthday, so I made reservations for dinner the day before. It was fantastic! She had a great time. We ordered food that was the "special of the day." It came quickly and with a smile. 😄 We hope to be back next year when the Orchestra returns!  Or maybe even earlier.  Thanks!

Amazing outdoor sitting area. Awesome mojito. Food takes while, but tasty. The view to the pond is a great plus.
