Story

We have been here since 1941 and serving the city of Seattle and the surrounding cities of Bellevue, Tacoma, Lynnwood, Mill Creek for all their Automotive needs, right from Sales to Service and Parts. We are among the topmost dealers in the nation as far as Overseas Sales go and have a wonderful and a loyal cutomer base. We are a low pressure dealership with team members working here ranging from 2 months to 48 years. We value our people and are grateful for their tremendous contribution to the success of our Company.

I always love their great customer service in the service department. They listen to my concerns, fit me into the schedule the same day, I have always had a loaner car when I plan ahead- which I love! They are the reason I continue to be a loyal Volvo owner, I have driven a Volvo for 26 years. I plan to continue for at least 26 more.
 Their service department rocks!

Problem was diagnosed quickly and repaired for an amount I feel was fair and reasonable in my market. As is customary, no work was done without my prior approval, and no pressure was applied to complete repairs at this time which I was not prepared to pay for. I also appreciated the available loaner car though one was not pre-arranged due to the sudden nature of my mechanical issue (night before, on a Sunday!).

The service representatives were incredibly polite and helpful. Initially I spoke with Bryan Flahtery, he was knowledgeable, personable, and got us right in for service. They went above and beyond in their service with our newly acquired used Volvo S70. They serviced and inspected our potential issues and did not pressure us to do unnecessary work. Their price was less than others in the area for the same service. Excellent job. Thank you! We will be back!

This was my first time having my newer Volvo serviced at Bob Byers and it was a great experience. Navid was very friendly and helpful and made the whole process a breeze. My car was ready on time and he explained everything that was done to it. Definitely coming back for service here and would recommend to friends.

Amazing Service, we received vehicle from OSD and everyone was great, especially Julie, she helped with every little thing and went above and beyond. We would gladly come back again when time comes.
