Brought in my car yesterday after it appeared someone tried to steal my car rack. There were missing bolts and other pieces. These guys are so cool - they spent 20 minutes on my vehicle bolting it down and adding other used parts that were missing and did it all for no charge. They have earned my future business.

Great store, good products. Support your local business. Bought a full setup thule. Will be back for a few more pieces. Excellent customer service.

OK, I went back 3 more times, I keep changing my setup, and bought a new car that required new kayak racks etc. As always, still excellent!

Edit: Once again Chris and his amazing team went ABOVE and BEYOND what was expected when a kayak rack failed, as did Thule. Top Notch employees all around. I dont know anyone personally there, and they are always so busy, but I dont mind spending what little money I have on good companies. Highly recommended.

These guys are very knowledgeable and passionate.  I had a unique challenge and they were excited to help me figure it out and make miracles happen.  Highly recommend.

I highly recommend this place for all your rack, hitch, sky box, etc needs. Customer service is fantastic. They are very knowledgeable, helpful, and friendly.

Friendly, helpful staff, good at answering questions and will help you install stuff.  I bought used items here and had problems with them - they took them back and helped me get set up again. Minimal parking in their lot.
