Had an exceptional buying experience on the Volkswagen side. Dealt with Graham S. the salesman and he went out of his way to ensure that all my questions were addressed. He made sure that the car was ready for viewing and all the documents were fully explained. No haggling as the car was priced as good as can be, that is a testament to the dealership and their priorities. Financing was equally as smooth. I explained to Wayne that I wasn't interested in any other products and he did not force the issue. Instead he made sure I was financed EXACTLY as I needed it. By far best time purchasing a car. I'll be coming back in the future and strongly recommend that they be visited if you are shopping.

I went in yesterday to do a test drive and Ryan in sales is the absolute best! He really went to bat for me and did his best to get me a great deal. I really appreciated the time and effort he invested. University is the best VW dealership in western WA. Time and again they have given me a great experience. Check em out!

UVW took our MK7 GSW in to diagnose and fix the Fender infotainment system. There was an issue where the head unit would turn on fine, but sound would not come through the speakers for an indeterminate time. Despite reading through online forums and reviews, I came to the conclusion that it must be the amp that is not switching on. I took it to UVW once and piggy-backed the infotainment system issue on a Fuel suction issue (recall), but they could not repro the issue. I later sent them some video clips of the issue and they asked for us to drop the car off for a deeper dive. Luckily, when we dropped it off, the issue reproduced itself in front of the techs. They also concluded that that the amp may be the culprit, and further constructed a list of possible causes. After a few days, we were told that the repair was done, and UVW would like for us to take the car back and see if the fix cured the issue. We're going on week TWO, and the issue has not crept back up. UVW's proactiveness and willingness to serve the customer is top-notch. They say what they'll do, and they do what they say. On top of that, I get a clean, hand-washed car back at the end of the visit. These guys are good - I am glad to have made the switch from the VW dealer I bought the GSW from, and will stick with these people - they treat me just right. Highly recommended dealer ans service department. If I had my rathers, I'd like to keep this dealer as my secret, but they are too good not to share.

We had the best car buying experience of our lives! Ryan Brown was an incredible sales professional. He went above and beyond to take care of us! We couldn't be happier with our experience at university Volkswagen thanks to Ryan Brown!

Do not go here. You will get in their advertising database and they will never remove you. I've called every 6 months when they mail me a flier. The response "okay, I'll remove you", yet I continue to get these... This has been going on for over 4 years now. So annoying!
