They never get an order correct. Most recently I came home to find bacon covering my meal. As a vegetarian this is a huge deal. This is not a one time experience either

Where oh where do I begin?  This is my fourth consecutive trip to this location in about 3 mos. I can no longer justify just how horrible the service is. Each and every trip is met with rude service and incorrect orders. Every trip. Tonight I was greeted at the order screen with "yeah, go ahead ". I kid you not. There was laughter from several staff. The cashier did not utter 1 word. Not 1 word.  The food window was worse - she bunched all 3 of my bags together and shoved them to me at once. Food orders were wrong: my chicken sandwich sat atop my salad and was ice cold, no salt on the cold fries, received value Mcchicken sandwiches instead of Premium sadwiches that we paid for etc. etc. etc. The Graham Rd. Location is sooooo much better. I will not return to the Howe. Ave. Location again.

I am so sick and tired of going to this location and something is either cold, wrong or missing. I work hard for every dollar I earn and the least I could ask for is a damn straw for my drink or how about some warm fresh fries. Can't tell you how many times I've ordered baconator fries and get cold soggy fries. This is ridiculous.

I came into Wendy’s tonight 11/18/2017 around 7:00. No one was at the front counter. A red head  Who appeared to be a manager, said 1 gest up front.  I stood there for about five minutes while six employees walked different directions in front of me not want to knowledge me not one said will be right with you not one asked if I had been helped!!!  With customer service like that who needs a business to stay open!  Unfortunately this is not the first experience like this at this location!  Sad to say as I love Wendy’s food but hate their service! Very  Poor management!

I always have a great experience at this Wendy's. They are always on it. Each time I go, they never forget anything, and the fries are always hot. Even long lines go quickly. I wanted to leave a nice review to acknowledge that I appreciate it. A lot of Wendy's in the area (east market) are terrible. And this is the best one.
