The low rating was for the visit where my experience was it was under staffed on the floor for sure and probably even in the kitchen. When I finally got a 1st visit from my waiter he got my order wrong. I never received everything I ordered and when I did receive was lukewarm to room temperature cold eggs. It took forever to get a bill and when I paid she never asked how was the food or service. Either she didn't care or she already knew she wasn't providing good service that day. Every other time I've gone to this particular location I would only have given them 3 stars tops. The takeout service is definitely better...call ahead and order out if you have to have Bob Evan's.

Long wait for a table when the place was empty. They forgot my soup and my mother in laws mac and cheese. But they did make it up by not putting drinks on our bill. And we did have a new server. I'm giving it 3 stars because it was okay. Wasn't great. Wasn't lousy

The food taste okay to me. Portion sizes are really good. The prices are good.The service is great!

Fantastic location. Diner is large and usually mostly open on saturdays. Very clean and kind staff. Food was quick. Bob Evan's is the champion of breakfast.
