Horrible restaurant. Delivery is hit or miss. When they do deliver the order has always been wrong. Staff is rude.

Normally the food isn't bad, but this time wasn't normal. I don't mind waiting a few minutes for fresh food to come out of the oven, but I had to wait 30 minutes AFTER the due time amongst several other people who were doing the same. Their reason was that everyone ordered at the same time and they were trying to catch up. When I got home, the wings we ordered (which they made as I was ready to walk out the door) were fresh, hot and good. The pizzas we ordered were not so fortunate. They were a mild temperature at best, enough I would have considered heating up if I weren't so hungry. As a result, the pizza tasted bland. You could tell it had been sitting for some time, but who knows how long. It couldn't have been put in a heat warmer though from how cold it was. The service wasn't bad, to me at least. They were busy, and it was Friday night. It's one thing to wait a few minutes, but the lady on their register didn't seem to know all 100% of what she was doing. Aside from that, the manager was apologetic for the wait and gave a credit for a future order. On a typical day, their food isn't bad and the service is decent. Unfortunately today wasn't like that. I'm giving them a 2 at best right now, but will continue to order due to their decent coupons and normally decent service. It is the restaurant industry, so things do happen. Don't blame them or get frustrated with them because their wait was longer than expected or your food wasn't the best. Mistakes happen, but they are just regular people like you and I. Give them a chance, share a smile when you pick up your food, and make the most of your day. If you want 5* quality, go to a 5* restaurant. If you want decent food at a reasonable price, visit Pizza Hut and take advantage of their many deals going on!

This will be the last time you take any of my family's money. For the last four out of four times we have asked for deep dish and you give us hand tossed every time. Also are extremely rude on the phone. People please save your money because not only is the service terrible but so is their pizza.
