Professional, quality workmanship with a client in mind mentality. I was not happy with my initial quote/repair from my insurance provider, however the general manager Alan ensured that he oversaw the process with attention to detail. The finished results on my vehicle looked superb and the naked eye could not distinguish the difference between the original and new auto parts.

Bob Hastings made multiple errors with my claim. Not only did I have to return to them multiple times (5) for issues they failed to do correctly the first time. They also told me that other things that could have been related to my claim had to be fixed by a mechanic shop. I later found out that they were the ones who should have taken it to a different location if that was the case. They continuously made me feel as if I was making up issues with my car and found no other issues upon my last visit. When I then took it someplace else, since my engine continued to overheat after they told me it was fine, they immediately found the leak in my radiator that Bob Hastings had told me did not exist. To their credit, once problems began occurring they did make more of an effort to make me feel like a priority-too little too late. Things should have been handled differently and the amount of times and locations I took my car to could and should have been avoided, if they had simply taken the time initially. One star for effort after the fact and -4 stars for the number of times I had to return and lack of care they put into their work. I should give 0 for the sole reason that my car engine could have been damaged while overheating after they told me there was nothing to worry about. I will not return and do not recommend this business.

Recently the guys at 'Bob Hastings Collision' did work on my wife's vehicle. They were friendly and knowledgeable, as well as doing some of the best body work in town. If you find something you think they missed, they fix it! No fuss, no muss, Just good quality workmanship and a desire to have a satisfied customer. In summary, I recommend these guys to anyone who desires their car be returned to a better than before condition by people who stand behind their results. Thanks guys!
