Such a trustworthy and reliable shop. The office manager (Jeff) is incredible to work with and will do anything in his power to make sure you understand and feel comfortable with your situation. Add on their high standards and innovative mechanics and you simply cannot beat this place. This is the kind of place you look forward to recommending to your friends and family. Schoen Auto’s slogan is “Honest, caring auto repair” and this is exactly what I find as a customer. They treat their customers with respect and preform excellent service at a fair price. I’ve been using them for a year now and have no reason to look any further for a repair shop. Bear Smyser

I have taken my VW to Schoen twice: on both occasions I received THE HIGHEST level of customer service and mechanical expertise. They were honest, accommodating and overall, unbelievably pleasant! I am so happy to have found this service center!

Amazing service! They are so very nice and informative. It can be nerve-wracking to need auto work done, but you can be confident that they are going above and beyond to help with that process and earn your business, which they definitely have for me!

Even as the bad news builds about what needs repair, it is always a pleasure working with Schoen Auto. To their credit they didn't bat an eye when I fixed the tail light myself after they found it was broken. They were happy to complete the other work and send me off with a cheery wave. I have never felt they recommended anything but the required and necessary repairs.
