Horrible customer service and overall just not a reliable company! Go to Mattress1, they're so nice and helpful! Bought some box springs on a Tuesday (I understand it was only a $200 purchase, but if all they care about are big sales then I wouldn't trust them anyway). Supposed to be delivered to the store on Friday and we were going to pick them up. On Friday they sent the wrong ones so we were told they would be there on Monday. On Monday my husband left work early to go pick them up and this time they didn't deliver have our purchase at all at the store. So on Tuesday I was going to go up there and speak to the sales associate who sold them to me, Jason, and he called on my way up there to let me know they could be there by Friday. Well I had to insist, not the associate, that they should deliver and he told me they could deliver them to my house on Thursday. Well on Thursday I get a call from Jason saying they couldn't deliver because they weren't in stock at the warehouse and "he figured I just wanted a refund". Of course I got one because he obviously didn't care about me as a customer or doing everything in his power to make things right. Told me he would get back to me with the district managers information to contact the warehouse about the unprofessionalism and unreliability but I still haven't heard back from him either.

Fair pricing and selection. Found one that hit our comfort zone. Great deal, great price excellent service by our salesman. Look forward to a comfortable nights rest. Thanks to Mattress Firm ,Waco.

Cybil and John were awesome. They both showed so much patience with mom and me over the last 2 days. I must have tried every bed in the store. We are both thankful and Blessed to have been helped by them. Caz was also great! Thank you all for helping us make our bedding decisions. If anyone needs a mattress, check out this store and ask for one of these wonderful people! Be Blessed everyone!

Brent is the guy to go to for all your mattress needs at this location. Honest, friendly, knowledgeable, and funny, he takes all the pressure off of a high-dollar investment by educating the customer on the product specifications tailored to your exact preferences. He knew just the right questions to ask to pinpoint what we were looking for and showed us multiple options that would accommodate us. You can tell he really knows the products and believes in their quality. Buying a bed is an important investment and I am so glad we came to this location first. The customer service at this location is fantastic and the prices are hard to beat. Can't wait to head back in the morning to get our new bed! Thanks Brent for being so AMAZING!
