I want to give a personal shout out to an employee there who ensured my friend and I had a great and easy business transaction. His name on my invoice was Chris Foley and he helped my friend and I obtain 3 pieces of furniture we were on the hunt for from the Outlet Department. As far as customer service goes, he really exceeded our expectations! He was courteous, professional and very knowledgeable. He was even able to put a few items on hold for us when we were making a 1 hour drive to the store from RI. We can't say enough great things about him..if you need good quality assistance, Chris is your guy! We will be back for more business if we can work with him again!

Made two purchase this evening. Eddie Jackson was an awesome salesperson. Friendly, courteous, and professional, he went out of his way to stay late to finish my sale transaction. He even honored a sale price I was quoted earlier in the day, despite the sale signs being taken down before I returned to the store to purchase that evening. Esther helped us as well, and was equally pleasant and helpful. Great service & great prices, I'll definitely be a return customer.

Warner Jimenez was awesome. I was in and out quickly. No pressure sales. Thanks for the great experience. I got exactly what I was looking for at a great deal. The pick-up door out back was very, very slow. I would have been faster if I could just grab my items and go instead of waiting an hour for the loading guys to get my items from the Outlet.

I had a really great time shopping with Kristin. I normally, walk in and walk out. I actually went shopping with Kristin. She showed me all of the living room options, bedroom options as well as bathroom. She showed me places, that I have never been. She was very knowledgeable and hands on throughout my shopping experience. Definitely 5 stars. Please send me a catalog. I saw so many things that, I never knew you carried.

Today was my second time there and I must say it was great. Excellent and a good customer service. Christopher was very deligent in his service. But I have a concern, and it’s about the pickup. I waited almost two hours to get my furniture and I only had 5 customers before me. There was only two guys delivering and there was a lot people upset. It was very, very cold and I understand it wasn’t there fault. The customers where taking it on them and it’s not fair. In a busy day like today you should have more people helping out delivering.
