I waited three months for a bed. They delivered the wrong footboard and then they tell me that the bed can't come with the footboard that I ordered THREE MONTHS AGO $1,300 bed and it's not the one that I paid for. The owner has no customer service skills. DO NOT SHOP HERE YOU WILL REGRET IT!

I bought the latitudes collection by flexsteel with the 1206 leather (a light tan color). At first sight, the furniture was beautiful. However, after two years the furniture started splitting at the seams. After calling Rome furniture, they told me that the 1-year warranty had expired. After spending $2400 on a love seat and couch, they told me there was nothing that they could do. So two years later, I am stuck with the furniture that is ripping. Don't make the same mistake I did.

Went into the store earlier this week was greeted by a very friendly female sales lady whose name need not be mentioned as she was ultimately not the problem. I told her i needed a couch right away and found one i liked . When i told her i wanted it, she was kind enough to tell me i i waited until saturday i would save an addition 50-100 dollars. I was there at 9:15 today and was told by the saleslady her boss decided not to sell it and if i wanted to wait 3 months they could get me one. Really???? No way to run a business.

I really enjoy coming to Rome furniture to look around at all the different things that are available to buy. The best part is that there have everything set up so you can try before you buy. The prices are also very competitive and you can see the discounts that they give you. It's also a mom and pop shop so you feel like your doing a good thing.
