On time and professional. I was given a call the day before as promised with a four hour delivery window. Within this window, a received a phone call letting me know they would be arriving within 15 minutes, and they arrived within this time! Polite, professional and considerate of my personal space. The delivery men were wonderful. They placed the chair were I wanted it. They left no packing material behind... I GREAT experience. I will shop Rotmans first for my next piece.

I love these guys. Best furniture store in Mass. I drive from Boston to visit them because I always have great service. I order the custom furniture made by the Amish. You can pick the wood, hardware, and stain colors all made in America. The other items in the store are high quality too.

I've known the family for (nope- not saying how long). It is a true family business, and they really care about making the customer happy. I don't love to shop for furniture, but they make it fun! I love the way they have updated the fountain in front with a zen garden and running water. The delivery people also are very diligent, and if you're not happy, they will fix whatever you need fixed!

Danielle is the best sales person. She smiles all the time, and is so friendly and caring that I felt like she was a good friend. I picked out a mattress I loved and I couldn't be happier. And the delivery team was professional, friendly and did a perfect job. Five stars all around.

My sister in law and I went to Rotmans to buy a hall runner for my mother in law. We found a beautiful Oriental rug remnant very reasonably priced. The salesman told us we could have it bound on both ends. He told us that it may take a few days. "Chad" overheard the conversation and said that he did the binding and that he was free to do it right then and there. After a few minutes, it was beautifully done. We brought it home to my mother in law and she loved it! Chad is the type of employee that leaves a lasting impression on the customer. Nice guy with a great work ethic!!
