I went into Bob's Discount Furniture last weekend. My goal was to buy a sleeper couch. After being greeted by Ian, he showed me all the different couches that fit my needs. Of course since there was another furniture store nearby, I felt the need to compare the two. Without a doubt, the service and quality of Bob's surpasses Value City. Ian was incredibly helpful, but also gave me distance so I can make my decision. He was not pushy at all. Best of all, three days later, and they delivered the couches. Delivery was seamless, and everything went according to the instructions Ian gave. Overall, this was a great furniture shopping experience. Can't wait to go back and buy a dining room set.

Everything about our experience here was fantastic! We had been to several other furniture stores hoping to furnish our new home but were unable to find what we wanted until we came to Bob's. Our sales person, Lenny was incredibly knowledgeable and helpful but was not pushy at all! He let us look around on our own but was available to answer any questions we had. The quality at Bob's surpassed that of any of the other non-discount furniture stores we had visited (and my husband is a custom cabinet maker, so he is picky!). I recommend Bob's Discount Furniture and Lenny to anyone looking for beautiful furniture at a fair price.

I had a great experience shopping for my first place at bobs. I was able to piece a bunch of stuff together in the clearance section for practically nothing! My sales person James, was a huge help. He worked with Stan and Felicia to ensure that I had everything I needed while they were in between customers because I was there for a very long time. It was a great experience!

Today my husband and I tried out the Outlet for the first time. We went to a friends party and noticed new furniture, they said they got it from Bob's Outlet. Like their furniture we purchased something they called Factory Fresh. Basically its furniture that was never used before and its sold at a less expensive rate. Its fantastic new furniture. Shout-out to the loading crew. They where very patient and helpful and loaded the furniture into our SUV very gently.

The sales rep, Lenny, was very helpful. I received my new dining set today and I love it. For such a low price, the quality is great and the chairs are comfortable. I like that I can track my delivery since I was at work and could estimate when to meet the delivery guys. They were on time, and assembled everything so quickly. Got everything set up and still had time to eat lunch while on break.
