My mother and I went to the Rockville store early Saturday morning on a mission to get a nursing chair, strollers, car seat and crib. When we walked in the door we stopped at the registry desk to get a scanner in case we came across something I would like later down the road. One of the ladies did help us but she was super rude.... then we proceeded to go downstairs to look at chairs and cribs, there appeared to be no staff after walking around for about 15 minutes we found a woman to help us and she was also incredibly short and rude... we did in fact end up picking out a chair and she continued to be rude during check out. After buying the chair we then went upstairs to pick out strollers and a car seat. We waited 20 minutes to be helped even though there was plenty of staff just standing around doing NOTHING!!! Finally a young man came over (ANTHONY) to help us and to our pleasant surprise he was great!!!! If it was not for him we would have walked out of the store he was so nice and we made a quick decision and was out of there in just a few minutes. .. the worst customer service I have ever experienced outside of our interaction with Anthony.... Something has to be done about the terrible staff.

You have earned a new loyal customer. I'm immensely appreciative of the effort made to accommodate me at this location by Shakayla and George. In fact, everyone who I encountered during my visit was friendly and helpful. Very wide selection of quality products for baby and an excellent selection of toys in this one stop shop!

I came to this place with my husband, and I had two bad experience! The first time we were trying to buy a stroller, we ended up standing around for 40 minutes until someone finally able to help us. The second time we wanted to buy a carrier. It was a little bit complicated to figure out how to use it. A worker I am not sure if she is a manager saw us and talked on her walkie talkie to ask someone to help us. Then she said someone is coming. Well, thirty minute later still no one came, my husband used this time to figure out himself, and we decided never come back here any more. We ended up order the exactly same carrier on amazon and saved thirty five dollars! It’s a shame because this store has a lot of cute stuff, but the management is so bad, might as well turn it into a self checkout store since there is always no one to help!

BBB was pretty cool. The associate that helped us at the stroller section was so nice as usual and took his time to listen to our needs and assisted us very well. Good place to shop for kids!!!

My experience with this store and personnel was absolutely awesome. If you are looking for a stroller, this is the place to go. Joe, and the rest of the staff are very professional and knowledgeable, they know things about strollers that you wouldn’t be able to find no where, trust me! Not in the internet and not in other stores. Prices for strollers are the same every where, and from that reason I would advice to go to a place where you can touch the strollers and get a professional advices.
