Just left Bob's with furniture for our new place! Howard helped us and was so kind, friendly, and knowledgeable. I'm so glad we worked with him. Just like the other reviewers said the salespeople here do not pester you or follow you around. You are able to browse in peace! Stacy the manager was very kind and helpful too! We enjoyed the treats and looking at the fish while we shopped with our daughter! Thank you Howard and Stacy for a fun shopping experience. We will be back.

Bill Hart was our salesperson and he was the most professional, patient, and knowledgeable sales person I've had in a long time! He offered advice without being pushy which is always comforting as a customer. We are looking forward to purchasing more furniture in the future from Bob's and will always ask for Bill Hart! I would highly recommend doing business with him. Keep up the good work!

Had an amazing shopping experience at Bob's because of Henry Chuong. Not only did he take the time to make sure we got the couch we wanted, but when the original couch did not make it up to my apartment (due to the size), there were absolutely no issues about it. We were able to return the couch and use the money on another one. Totally recommend Bob's to anyone and 100% recommend Henry as a sales associate.

The salesperson, Christina, was very helpful and the purchase process was very straightforward. Quality of the adjustable bed and gel/foam mattress seem top notch (but realistically, only time will tell) and the delivery and set-up was on time, and professionally carried out by Mario and his crew. Thanks to them all for a positive Bob's Discount experience!

I was on a strict budget and knew exactly what I wanted. Bill Hart did not pester me or follow me around like other salespeople at Bob's have. He offered WONDERFUL service and made the entire process so easy. It's no wonder his store manager was not surprised when I sang his praises. Thank you!
