I would not recommend the Beckham couch. The couch itself is very comfortable but after only having it a few months the pills all over the cushions make it look like weve had it for years.
When I called the store they said it’s considered normal wear and tear and even the additional coverage we bought doesn’t cover this. She said they are working with the manufacturer on this issue for the future which of course does me no good. They said they would send me something to remove the pills when they had a chance.
Also we bought the couch because it was supposed to be so easy to clean. My daughter spilled some water and it left a water stain and looks terrible.
I would not recommend the product based on the way it wears which is unfortunate because it really is big and comfortable

Staff was cold and unhelpful. Very small selection of furniture.

UNBELIEVABLE!!! We paid over $4,000 for a defective furniture! Stay clear!!! When the furniture arrived, one of the sections of the sofa does not recline. We contacted the store immediately and instead of apologizing, their "Customer Service Manager" scheduled a repair a month from the date of the incident. She was quite snippy stating that the best she could do was have a repair man out a month from then.
I don't want to pay $4,000 for a product that's defective! The store manager, "Cindy" said "We are making this right." she said. When asked; "Would you think this company is making it right if you received a defective product and need to wait a month for the repair?", she was stumped, and responded, "Its not defective because you can still sit on it. it just doesn't recline."
GENIOUS! Why didn't I think of it??? I paid over $4,000 for the reclining sofa and even if it doesn't recline, I can still sit on it! Amazing!
I tried returning it... but they said it's "Impossible". Called the company, and the company said everything needs to be taken care of on the store level. The corporation itself will not take any responsibility for its location.
