Ken Gordon is the best associate I have ever had the pleasure of working with. His knowledge and compassion is amazing. He let me ask all my questions and addressed any concerns. Of course I ordered a beautiful sectional that I love. If you go to Bob's Discount Furniture you will not be disappointed especially if you work with Ken! He is the best!!!!

We went to Bob's to browse for various furniture items. We were greeted by Steve who couldn't have been more helpful. He allowed us to look around without any pressure. He was available to answer all questions and make suggestions. We ended up purchasing several items and were pleased by the selection and pricing. We found the staff to be very personable and knowledgeable, particularly Steve. It was a very pleasant experience. We will return in the future.

We had a easy, relaxing, laid-back and awesome experience at this location. Jake knew exactly what we were looking for and he made it easy for us to choose the right furniture for our new place. He was not pushy or followed me around the store like most sales associates do. So, I did not feel pressured to buy anything right away. If you want an easy and great experience, ask for Jake! He's the one with the coolest looking bowties! Thank you Jake!

Worked with Nick G. to purchase a new living room set. He was attentive to our needs and didn't try to oversell us. He offered us realistic upgrade options for our set, which we gladly purchased. Great experience and good job. Would recommend this store and Nick to anyone.

We went to Bobs in Monmouth Junction today to purchase a dining room set and couldn't be happier with the service we received. Karola, our sales associate was amazing! She was so patient, knowledgeable, helpful and just made everything easy for us. We will definitely be going back to this Bobs for all furniture needs.
