From start to finish, Rider Furniture was professional and helpful all along the way. We were looking for quality furniture that was made of solid wood throughout and with the highest craftsmanship. We found this in our Amish made bedroom set. Shelly spent time with us, patiently thumbing through pages of numerous catalogs until we found what we thought we might like. However, sometimes one needs a pair of objective eyes. In stepped Marian who came to our house to give us a sense of the size of the pieces that should fit into the room as well as properly coordinating the finish, stain and hardware. The delivery day brought with it an early morning snowfall. Needless to say this created some nervousness and apprehension. Our fears were allayed through the expert efforts of Jason and Billy. Their expertise facilitated the moving of the furniture under difficult circumstances. We highly recommend Rider Furniture for those discriminating individuals who are looking for quality of product and knowledgeable, friendly customer service. Thanks again to all who made this a great experience!

Just had my brand new kitchen table delivered and I'm speechless! The table and chairs look even better than I could have imagined and are so sturdy and comfortable! When they came to deliver the pieces, they put drop clothes down which was a plus being that our dining room is all new construction! So professional and everyone involved was so caring and helpful every step of the way! Will be going back for every piece of furniture I buy from now on! Love it!

Beautiful place. its a wonderful environment set up in a renovated historic home across the street from the canal in Kingston... It is very classy yet warm and cozy set up as if you were shopping in someone's own personal living spaces. The staff is incredibly professional, friendly and hospitable. One of my biggest pet peeves is pushy staff especially in a business where people commonly work on commission salary. My shopping experience was quite Pleasant once I ordered my furniture I was surprised at the convenient and quick delivery Even the delivery staff was great they moved the furniture in in a quick and careful fashion while respecting my home and we're just as nice as the workers at the store. it is family owned from what I have heard. As well as production and repair ( i believe antique Furniture restore repair offered as well) that's supportive of the local economy. They are more than accommodating and very down-to-earth. The furniture that they carry is modern yet some with more of an antique like appeal. I would recommend this place to anyone is definitely five star quality in all aspects!

My dining room table was recently delivered from Rider Furniture and I have never been so satisfied with a purchase. My wife and I had several ideas of what we were looking for and the staff at Rider Furniture was very helpful in guiding us in the right direction. We were able to take home samples of the specific finishes and fabrics we were interested in to ensure the table and upholstery would compliment the room. The table and chairs were delivered on time as promised and the deliverers were very careful and courteous. The quality of the Bermex collection is really something special. The table and chairs are beautiful and the distressed look is very genuine. Bermex and the many other quality brands offered at Rider Furniture really take pride in their work and their products durability. I plan on stopping in at Rider Furniture for all my future furniture purchases!
