I am not sure how this office has 5 star reviews considering that there is an agent there named Becky who is an unprofessional rude abusive condescending joke of an agent. Becky is the rudest and most unprofessional person we have ever had the misfortune of doing business with.  When we opened up a rental insurance policy, not only was Becky condescending to speak with, she had to call back to ask for my wife's driver license # three different times because she kept losing it and was too incompetent to write it down the first or even the second time. Then, what sparked this review to be written...months later, when my wife called to cancel the policy, Becky was short and rude with her on the phone as if she was bothered to so much as have to answer the phone. Becky then had the nerve to become abusive after she was informed that we did not want to continue any policy with State Farm. She then asked my wife for a forwarding address without first explaining the reason it was needed, so my wife politely declined and asked why it was needed - Becky replied in a mean rude tone "Well I guess you do not want to receive any refund due since it is so top secret!". At no point did Becky ask what date we wanted the policy to end and tried to put it in to be cancelled for that same day...so my wife had to correct her. Then, to top off the rudeness, when my wife asked Becky if she could email or mail a confirmation of the policy cancellation, Becky stated again in a mean rude tone, "I can't do that because it is too top secret...that is top secret information"...to which my wife asked how we are supposed to know for sure if the policy was cancelled, and Becky replied rudely  "Well I guess you will have to take my word for it...I am a licensed agent." Unbelievable. I do not know who Becky thinks she is, but apparently she is on some sort of a power trip and is just a miserable person. I would not be surprised if Becky was a bully in school...or perhaps was bullied herself so she feels the need to take it out on the customers. The way that Becky spoke to my wife was completely shocking and completely uncalled for. Becky should be ashamed of herself! I am sure that my wife and I are not the only ones who have had issues with Becky. It is just a matter of time...

John and his team are great with all their clients!  They work really hard to make sure there is complete coverage!

I look forward having, Mr. John Youngdahl as my new State Farm Agent. In the time I spoke with him over the phone; An all around Awesome guy, knows what he's talking about, professional, polite, and talks to you on the same page.

John is absolutely fantastic!  He takes the time to get to know you personally,  and bases all of his recommendations on your needs.  I would recommend him and his staff to anyone!
