Michael's office did marketing with my office at a Parade home last year, I took the opportunity to inquire about their services and costs for my personal insurance needs for my residence, investment homes, and vehicles. The rates were all lower than what my previous carrier was charging and my new policies had better coverage. One of the main reasons I left my previous carrier was due to the lack of customer support when I had issues with my coverage or a clients coverage I had referred to them. I have had my policies in effect with this agency for over a year now, I am one happy client! Every time I call to the office or to Michael directly I receive excellent customer service. The team always goes to the extra mile to ensure my needs are taken care of. I would recommend this agency to any client I work with in the Real Estate business, you will be in good hands with the Michael Hendrickson Agency.

Unless something seriously drastic happens, I will stay with this Farmers indefinitely. I have been with them for a cpuple of years now, and Michael made it very easy to get signed up with them, explained how everything worked and what costs I would be looking at. I now work with Monika and she has been very enjoyable to work with, if I have a question she will find out the answer for me right away, if it takes a couple of days to get it she keeps me updated as to what is going on. Michael Hendrickson you have an excellent staff and it is definitely a pleasure working with them and you. Thank you very much.

Julie is the LSP that made me stay with Farmers ins. Other options were cheaper, but she was so personable and looked out to us when we had an uninsured motorist accident. She rocks!!

Had waited in line at the DMV as a busy businessman- was in a bind and needed my insurance certificate or it was all for waste. Called Monika and in less than 3 minutes she had it to me. Outstanding service when I really needed it. I've got multiple policies with this agency and highly recommend them. Thanks Michael and Monika!

Everyone in this office is amazing. Every time I need their assistance, they are quick at fulfilling my insurance needs. I also love the cost, very affordable. I would highly recommend Michael Hendrickson.
