I just love this studio.  The instructors are so skilled and professional,  yet very warm and helpful. Every time I take a class I feel relaxed and rejuvenated.  Love, love, love!

Clean & cozy studio. Loved the hot yoga class with Sherry--challenging in a good way. Penny has been very friendly and helpful with all my questions. Will be back and bringing my friends!

Love Penny & her ability to make the classes new each time.  She is very flexible based on the needs & wants of her students.  Always coming up with new ideas.

Great new place. Penny was awesome with the guidance and instructions throughout the session. Everything I could of asked for in a true "Yoga" studio.  A must experience.
