My son attended Speed and Agility with Ron. He had never been to a Speed lesson and it was obvious he got better from just one lesson. The instructor, Ron, was awesome. He made my son feel comfortable doing difficult tasks and emphasized having fun while doing sports. We will definitely be back!!! Great experience.

Ill keep it short. If you need next level training at a very comfortable speed this is where you go to get it. My daughter has blossomed as a young softball player, and BE and the staff there get most of the credit. If you have an athlete that needs a bit more than you can give as a parent coach, I highly recommend BE. You won't just be training there, you'll be family there.

My 10 yr old son has really began to excel with baseball training. He was right field and back of batting order. Now he's short stop or second base and top of batting order.
