From the time you walk in the door, everyone is very relaxing and accommodating. Even getting a face wax, which isn't a relaxing procedure, was pleasant. Their massages are amazing! I am definitely a repeat costumer.

I received a Brazilian wax from Cathy, we all know it can sometimes be uncomfortable, but Cathy made me feel secure, comfortable and at ease! She talked to me during the process, and I was more than satisfied with the service. I will forever be a customer at Body Balance for my waxes! Thank you ladies so much for your professionalism and peaceful atmosphere. Everything was amazing from the time I checked in, until I checked out!

BAD CUSTOMER SERVICE CARE
If you can fimd another place i recommend doing so. This was so fustrating....  If you can actually get in for services thats great cause i sure couldnt. The first incident the receptionist was unwilling to check with the stylist for the time i asked for, which was only a 10min difference

SHORT STAFF
2. The second inccident today 7/26 the receptionist was the only one in office to check in an shedule appointments over the phone. Put me on hold twice an the thirt time asked for my number to have someone else give me a call back. The amount of time that was WASTED between putting me on hold and taking information could have been better spend just making the easy dry cut appointment.
