Hands down one of the best spas that I've been to in Charlotte! Lauren was my massage therapist and she was amazing. The hot towel on the calves was a new benefit for me. I walk in heels all day so that definitely helped! Well worth the pricing and great setup. I would have preferred a more private area for our girls day so as not to disturb others but other than that the experience was amazing!

I've been coming to Urbana for a few months now but today was truly the best experience I've ever had. I've had Misti for a facial for the first time and she was AMAZING! She did things that were not even apart of the facial like cleaning out ears, eyebrows, and a treatment for arms, hands, and elbows. She even used extra scrubs. I will be going back just to request her. I also had Brittany for the first time for a massage. She was incredibly nice and it was one of the best massages I ever received. I will be requesting her again as well.

I was introduced to Urbana by some friends 5 years ago and I have been going there regularly since. It is a wonderful place, I really appreciate the amenities there. It is great to find such a spa conveniently located in Charlotte, where there is no need to travel hours across town.  Being able to eat your lunch in your bathrobe with their packages is just another perk.  Just have to find the right massage therapist and stick to him/her. They are all so good.  The customer service is another extra added value to your experience.  They are always so welcoming.

Great spa! We loved it! We got a couples massage and a facial package and it was heaven! The best part is the staff and masseuses.  With delicious tea, and the fabulous ambiance it is the perfect spot to spend a day!  My wife and I love every minute of our time there.  Will return soon.  Thank you for the wonderful experience.

Looking to relax and get pampered??? Look no further! Everything from the waiting area, to the decor, the music they play, to the beverages served..... they definitely paid attention all of the details to equal RELAXATION. 

I have gotten massages here so good, they put me to sleep! Just finished my very 1st facial experience. Will be back soon😉
