Great experience. Sauna and steam rooms. Complimentary drinks. Heated pools. Top notch in every aspect. My massage therapist was Olive and she is amazing. This has to be the best spa in Charlotte.

Top notch service. Daniel provides an amazing facial experience- creative and he's got great energy. Angela's 10 years of experience shows. My lavendar mani was luxurious.

So disappointed.  I scheduled to spa manicures for my mother-in-law and I thinking that this would be a more luxurious experience than the normal local nail places given the price ($60 each for gel nail polish plus a mandatory 20% tip).  My mother in law had acrylic tips on her nails and she wanted them filled and shortened.  You would have thought she had asked them to hand-create new fingernails for her.  The technician (Tuya) was incredibly rude to her and told her the whole time while she was doing her nails that "I don't normally do this; don't ever come back here for a manicure".  What?  My technician was very kind, but an hour after I left I washed my hands and the nail polish started bubbling up on two nails and the next morning the polish peeled off my nails.  $156 and my MIL was treated like a nuisance and my nails have to be redone.  What a disappointing experience.

Well to all of those who got spa finder gift cards as gifts or spent your money on spa finder gift cards, they are no longer excepting them. I wasted $300 now I just have to find another spa

Spent half  day here. Started out with a deep tissue massage.  While I waited to get started, the attendant brought me a bottle of sparkling mineral water. This was my choice out of other offerings including wine or beer. The massage was 50 minutes long done by an experienced masseuse. It left me feeling relaxed and refreshed. Then I spent a few minutes in the steam sauna,  more time in the dry sauna and then to the indoor pool. After some relaxing time here, we were off to the outdoor pool. After spending all the time we wanted here we were back inside to the whirlpool hot tub. It felt very nice and relaxing. Back to the indoor pool then back to the hot tub. I finished up bavk in the steam sauna, the dry sauna then a luxurious shower. We were treated with excellence.
 After this exceptional experience we were off to the movies.
