I had my hair done and asked for my light brown hair to be darkened with bayalage highlights... she just put one overall color on it and cut it and called it a day. I was surprised she just completely skipped the bayalage step and charged me 200$ for it. Not to mention my hair was/is choppy in the front and I asked for a simple trim. I should have asked why I was given one overall color and charged 200$ but I was already so over it and just wanted to go. I got a call and was refunded 25$ for the highlights that I never received... so I guess highlights are 25$ and the overall color is $185, makes sense *sarcasm*. Wouldn't recommend. Way too overpriced and the technique is a little outdated for the current trends.

My 90 min massage was awesome though!

I had never had a spa experience before and was very nervous about how it would go but turns out there was NOTHING to worry about. I had an AMAZING experience. Everyone is so nice and thorough that it is unbelievable.
