I spent countless dollars on gym/yoga memberships, personal trainers, meditation retreats, and personal development workshops; this practice rolls them all into one life-changing discipline. The Buckhead center has a true sense of community and Master Brian and Master Lakshmi deeply commit to each student’s personal growth. Integrating unique brain and body exercises, each class is a totally different healing experience. No matter my emotional state, physical condition, or stress level before class, I always leave more peaceful, energized, grounded, mindful, and grateful. I cannot think of a better investment of time and money for such transformational results.

Before Brain & Body Yoga Tai Chi I had no energy, I felt like I was struggling to breathe and I suffered from terrible headaches. I had no passion for life & living. From my first class at Brain & Body Yoga Tai Chi all of that changed! No more headaches! I have boundless energy! I am happier and more passionate about my life!!!! The instructors who help me on this journey are always kind and patient! Simply awesome!!!! I wish everyone would do Brain & Body Yoga Tai Chi, it's best gift you can give to yourself🌻 Thank you!

Every time I try to explain the difference in Dahn Yoga (aka Body and Brain Yoga) and other places I always end up just saying “you have to just experience the difference”. I have yet to find a way to truly convey it with words. But I will try here… When I first started I had never really exercised and was a bit self-conscious about it. I have been to numerous other yoga places and felt uncomfortable with the “no pain no gain”, everyone is already so fit, quick templated moves environment. At Body and Brain, none of this exists. People dress comfortably in loose-fitting clothes, t-shirts. All ages, genders, and body types of people are there and the vibe is to feel better when you leave rather than to get your daily work out and look hot. The center and the founder have philosophies as any type of yoga does. Although I have never been the mind-body, metaphysical, meditation type person, just about every one of their philosophies has ended up improving my mind and/or body in ways I have never been able to accomplish talking to my doctors or that would have taken years to figure out meditating or reading. And the actual stretching - it is different, the flow and energy you feel is unlike any other yoga place I have been too. There are very few things (if any) I can think of that I would recommend higher in any area of life than visiting and experiencing these differences and the many many more.

Over the years, I've taken many YOGA classes in other centers, and in other cities. I have never felt so relaxed and empowered spiritually, mentally, and physically, by participating for only a few months in the Brain & Body Buckhead Center's classes, workshops, and one-on-one sessions. Through this particular training you learn to become very in tune with your body, and your mind. Most occasions, I feel better after class, than if I had a full body massage, or vacation at the beach, lake, or mountains. It is a shift that occurs through guided meditation and gentle movement. I can not say enough good things about this Center, Master Brian, and Master Lakshmi. I encourage everyone to try it!

The Dahn Yoga Center is a wonderful environment for people that want to learn how to use their body and brain in a new way and thereby change their life. The concept helps humans to use their brain in a beneficial way to face the challenges of life, get in control of their body and essentially create the life they want to live. In the process the individual will learn several things about themselves, how they interact with others and even things for beyond that. I am practicing this style of Yoga for about 8 months now and view myself, my thoughts, emotions and interactions with others in a complete new way. This experience can change your life if you give it an honest and sincere try! It’s worth it!
