I loved my first class and love working out, so I am really disappointed in how OTF turned out. After signing up and buying their mandatory heart rate monitor, I had multiple problems with each class I attended. From being assigned to a treadmill that you could only walk on (why pay over $100 a month to walk??), to being told my membership would not auto-renew (it did, and I did not receive a refund), to my name and stats not being on the monitor (the entire premise of their gyms), to not ever being emailed my stats after class or having access to both apps I downloaded for the OTF equipment and website. Beyond frustrating to spend over $350 on equipment that doesn't work and staff that doesn't attempt to correct the situation..and no way to contact corporate to resolve. Plenty of other great studio gym options in the area that are much better than this!

I love that the workout is always different and challenging. I am a fit person and it pushes me to be better every time. At Chastain, I particularly love Steven's classes and Ryan is flexible and accommodating too. I have already referred some new clients and would definitely recommend to more friends.

Recieved the most terrible customer service. I never generally write reviews but I had to for these guys. I was very excited to try a class for the first time, as I love being active and I love working out. I called Orange Theory to schedule a class and a man answered, I was put on hold for 20 minutes. I called again and was once more put on hold. I figured they were busy so I decided I would call back in the morning before I would go to the 10am class. I call at 8am to see if there is any availability, and I talk to a guy who seemed very eager to get off the phone with me explaining that all the " beginners " in the class had already been booked. So I couldn't attend. I was so excited to try a class, and potentially have a monthly membership, but at this point I have no desire to attend this place. Terrible salesmanship and customer service.

I love how Orange Theory always pushes me to do more. No matter how frequently I attend, I can always count on a challenging and fun workout that often shatters the limits I thought I had. Additionally, the joy Steven Ridges has when he teaches is contagious and makes me want to work even harder in his classes. Thank you for all that y'all do!
