I called in on June 27th, 2013... I asked if I could get a facial from Danielle. Gail the owner answered, she said well, she has an appt. at 10 am... I told her no that was too early since I live over 2 hrs. away and I am on a different time zone.  She then said, well you can get in with Jean at 5... No, I'd like to get in with Danielle because she's my sister.   She said well, are you a friend of Danielle's?  What does that matter, if I requested Danielle for a facial, then list off the times she has open!!!  So, not only was she questioning me, like why would you want to go to Danielle, but she didn't even listen when I said right away that Danielle is my sister!!!!  I just said, yup, a friend (she wasn't listening any way)  She asked around what time would you like to get in.  I said, early afternoon.  She tells me that Danielle has an appt. already at 1Pm. She told me that maybe Danielle would work me into her schedule and get me in at 2pm... which by the way, that was the time Danielle was getting off of work!  She kept trying every which way she could to get me in for a facial, even after I had told her twice, I will just have to plan ahead next time and get an appt. with Danielle.  

When I relayed all this to my sister, she said, I had an appt. open at 12 pm... do you want that one?  NOPE!! I will never give business to this place or to this woman!! 
When Danielle confronted her, she said I was a liar and that I didn't get my info. straight!  She also wanted to call me up and say something to me.  
 Now as a business owner myself, I always smile and nod when I know I am right and the customer is wrong!!  I send many of my clients to Bismarck for many of their needs... and let me tell you, after Gail called me a LIAR, I will NOT send any business her way!

It has been almost two years since my husband and I first went to the Body Connection and we have lost a combined total of over 110 lbs. When we first went to the Body Connection my husband had high blood pressure and high cholesterol but now the doctor raves about how healthy he is. We didn't like to exercise before we went to the Body Connection but now we are both training to run a 10K this fall. We also love to cook and experiment with new recipes. We love to involve our children when we are cooking and teach them how to make healthy choices. We can't imagine what our lives would be like if we had never gone to the Body Connection!!

Recently went to the Dr for a ckeckup after loosing 57lbs at the Body Connection.  The Dr. Accused me of having weight loss surgery and didn't believe it was possible to now have the weight off and my blood pressure is perfect.
