I wish I didn't have to even give them a star! Awful costumer service. The man that I had did what he wanted even when I told him what I wanted. I complained when my nails were done and they were so rude when I asked them to re-do it and made a scene when I told them about my service. They did call the next day to offer me new nails which I appreciated and I did go in to get them re-done. Still my experience wasn't any better (if not worse) and when I was done for the second time, the lady who did my nails actually pushed me out of the store when I was walking out. I will NEVER recommend this place to anybody and I will never go back. Save yourself some time, energy and money and go somewhere else!

Too bad Google makes you even give them a star before writing a review, would do zero stars if I could. I was there with a bridal party for a wedding that was the next day. I will say that our nails turned out just fine and will look great for the wedding, however the customer service was absolutely awful. The bride selected a nail color and after one coat decided it was much too light (basically clear). She spoke up and he was incredibly rude when she expressed wanting a different color. He stated that she had already put them under the light and "what is he supposed to do now? You said that was your final decision." He even ignored her the first few times she asked to see the book of colors again. He wouldn't let it go and the bride began to cry...to which he responded "Are you crying? I can't have a girl crying in my chair this early in the morning." He continued to explain why the bride was wrong for the entire nail appointment, it actually became comical how a person could be so rude. 

After nails were done I went to pay for mine and when asked how my experience was I told him that mine was fine but the brides was awful. I told him what had happened and he seemed disgusted I would say anything of disapproval. He offered no apology, no discount or anything. I told him that I believe she deserved money off or a gift card for the poor service and he said he couldn't do that because he needed to hear both sides of the story. I understand listening to both sides, but when your worker makes a bride cry, you stand up for the customer. 

Bridal parties beware.

I've been there a few times its great if u want a square tip but last time i went i asked for an almond shape and the employee made a round shape so i sayd i wanted a pointy almond shape ao he made a less curvey, kinda pointy shape it was uneven too some nails were more round looking that others and at least half of them were crooked! I asked him to make them sharper and he did a little but i still got a blunt edge they where still roundish so i gave up and sayd there fine ☹

Made an appointment over the phone. Said specifically that I did not want gel nails. When I was finishing and getting my nails painted the tech started using gel polish and I said I did not want it because I did not want to pay for it. He said that he wouldn't put it on the ticket as it was his mistake so I agreed to let him continue. When I went to pay I watched him take the ticket to the front, whisper something to the owner and the mark gel nails on my ticket. The owner was a complete jerk about and charged me for the gel nails even though I had explained the situation to him. The owner said that he didn't care if he lost mine or anyone else's business. Don't get your nails done here.
