I love, love, LOVE my hairdresser but if she were to leave I'd follow her. The receptionist desk never gets anything right and is always rude on the phone. Trying to get an appointment for any service is always booked months out. Everyone is always complaining about management.

The atmosphere was incredibly peaceful and very clean. 

However, I had the worst manicure of my life. I spent $40 for a manicure where the woman 'trimmed' my long and strong nails below my finger line, she cut my cuticles worse than when I came in, and the polish doesn't even cover my whole nail. And instead of receiving a hand message or exploitation, like you do at most salons, I was given one pump of lotion.  I have received better manicures for $15 at the mall.

I asked for an a line and she cut my hair straight acrossed! And didn't blend in my hair at all. I called and  asked for a manager and I haven't  gotten a call back. Don't charge someone $35 for a hair cut if you don't know what the heck you're doing. And for a manager to not even call you back is pretty pathetic if you ask me. Get better people or don't  have a hair salon.

I've never actually had bad experiences here with SERVICES, however every time I've scheduled an appointment for myself or my husband there has been some sort of issue stemming from the receptionist desk. The first time, I requested a specific person for a massage and they told me she wasn't available that day. That day came, I got a massage and as I was leaving there stood the lady that I requested- who happens to be a very good friend. She told me that the front desk staff put it in the book that I requested this OTHER person that I don't even know! 
I also get my hair cut by another good friend at this spa and every time I check out there is some sort of issue- I won't go into detail, but it is painfully awkward on everyone's part. If it weren't for 2 good friends of mine working here, I would not be a client there due to the lack of professionalism of the front desk staff.
