The holistic nutrition allowed me to lose 35 lbs and I've been keeping in off for over 8 years. Had to put my athletic career on hold due to a nagging back injury. Dr. Blackwood did a great job helping me get back onto the field. And CURING my long term injury.  I have been to many chiropractor's and Dr. Blackwood is HANDS DOWN the best. Recommend for anyone trying to get back a healthy lifestyle

I began my journey by trying the Solutions4 detox with Dr. Blackwood and staff. Being 70 lbs over weight since I had my last child, and after many failed attempts with other programs, I was desperate to find something to jump start my process and get my health back on track.  Because I'd seen Dr. Blackwood help so many people I've known personally (from chronic pain to weight loss to infertility) I thought this would be the perfect place to start. Three months later and I'm down 40 lbs and still losing. I feel better than ever and am truly thankful to Dr. Blackwood and the rest of the staff at ND Life Spa. The support they offer while doing their programs is like no other. Thanks again for all your help! I can't believe I'm finally getting back to my old self.
