I had received a Groupon for this location as a gift and i would never recommend anyone to this place of business. I mistakenly had my appointment times incorrect and had realized a half hour after my appt was supposed to start. I called the business multiple times and no answer so I figured I would go anyway to salvage whatever I could. On my way I receive a phone call, I guess from the massage therapist. I immediately apologized and explained I got my times mixed up and said I tried to call after I noticed. The conversation played out as follows: me: "I'm sorry I tried to call but no one answered so I'm two minutes away." Her: "well yeah no one answered I was not going to sit around for two hours." Me: "oh I'm sorry I didn't know that's how it worked." Her: "well how else would it work." Me. "Well most places have an open business I did not know you drove there just for the appointment" her "well I don't get paid to sit around for nothing." I completely understand I was in the wrong for missing up my times and I understand my Groupon is voided, however being that unprofessional and snarky was just completely uncalled for. If that's how she acted on the phone imagine how a massage would have been.

Best massage for your body ever. Perfect therapy. My knee problems are gone. I love her magic hands.
I think they moved now to the Oceanfront (25th street / Pacific).
