I absolutely LOVE Spa Pheonix! I’ve been there for a few different services, but my absolute favorite is getting a massage with Jessica Ludwig! I’ve been scheduling my massages with her for over 10 years that she has been with Spa Pheonix. Jessica L. is amazing and really cares about the overall health and well being of her clients. She listens to your concerns or problem areas and not only makes you feel fabulous during your massage, but also gives recommendations to better yourself! If you want to feel fabulous like I do, schedule your massage with Jessica Ludwig!

I went here on 12\13\17 for a pregnancy massage and pedicure​. The massage was done by Jessica which was wonderful! However, the pedicure was far from wonderful...the employee who gave me my pedicure left dead skin on the bottom of both of my feet, her french pedicure (which cost $7 more) looks like someone trying to do one at home for the first time (as most of my toes do not have a nice smooth line) and her blatantly telling me she was listening in on another customers conversation was beyond rude. I would recommend them for a massage however I would highly suggest you do not go here for a pedicure!

This place is awesome! .. I met with Heidi for waxing and Jessica for my massage . The staff and everyone were great and friendly. if you get an opportunity please check this place out, it is totally a hidden gem. I will be returning.

Cindy just helped me plan a fabulous weekend for a very special girlfriend of mine. This place is all about customer service and a pampering experience and I'll recommend everyone I can to them! She even recommended fabulous restaurants in the area... I mean, HOW AWESOME is that? Thank you SO much.
